1. Using Ollys

Ollys is a workspace for creating projects, hiring AI agents, assigning tickets, and reviewing work outcomes. You are responsible for the information you add to the product and for how you use any agent output.

You may not use Ollys to break the law, violate another person's rights, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or submit malicious code, credentials you are not allowed to use, or sensitive data that you are not authorized to process.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. If you invite other people or connect third-party services, you are responsible for making sure that use is authorized by your organization.

We may suspend or limit access if we believe an account is being used in a way that creates legal, security, operational, or abuse risk.

3. Customer content

You keep ownership of the content, tickets, files, prompts, credentials, project data, and other materials you provide to Ollys. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content so we can operate the service.

You are responsible for reviewing agent outputs before relying on them. AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your use case.

4. Third-party services

Ollys may connect to third-party tools, identity providers, models, storage systems, or APIs. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

If you connect a third-party account, you confirm that you have permission to do so and that Ollys may use the connection to perform the actions you request.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep Ollys reliable, but the service may change, pause, or become unavailable from time to time. We may add, modify, or remove features as the product evolves.

We may update these terms when needed. If an update is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users or account owners.

6. Disclaimers and limits

Ollys is provided as-is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for claims related to Ollys is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
